OpinionWise Ltd is a UK company which specialises in technology for public engagement. We run a number of cloud services such as Optioneer – an online decision support tool.
We started looking at skills and competency frameworks some time ago and realised that there must be a better way to understand current state than by holding in-person workshops. The skills audit was born in 2016 and is based on an old (but not forgotten) IBM methodology.

Philip is our web guru and technical director. From hypertext to hyper-local, Phil can crunch a website like no other human being. Phil is primarily a WordPress developer, having used the popular platform for 7 years.
In this time he has worked for many and varied clients including Incsub, operators of Edublogs, the largest WordPress network after WordPress.com. He has an online marketing background, having co-founded a successful search engine optimisation and pay-per-click marketing agency at the age of 18. It was there that Phil personally managed in excess of £1m in advertising spend through Google alone.
